Jessica began Crossfit 5 years ago and immediately fell in love with it. The constant growth and challenge are awesome but it is the community that keeps her here. Watching people get stronger and more confident with the support of their coaches and athletes is the most rewarding thing to see. Jessica finds energy and passion in coaching athletes to help them reach their potentials in CrossFit.
In addition to CrossFit, Jessica is a yogi. She has been a student of yoga for over 10 years. After finding the Vinyasa Power yoga style that seemed to suit her best she began to practice regularly. Jessica started her teaching career as a yoga instructor by obtaining her 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher credentials. Yoga has been a big complement to her work as a Crossfit athlete. It allows her to work hard at the gym and then find a quieter space to take care of her body and mind. Teaching this part of her passion is natural and she is always excited to share it with others.
Outside the gym Jessica spends her time with her husband Tony and shuttling her two boys (Aidan and Logan) around to their various activities. In addition to working out, she loves dogs, yoga, College football and eating.
