Jessica has been a student of yoga for over 10 years. After finding the Vinyasa Power yoga style that seemed to suit her best she began to practice regularly. She recently completed the Yoga Teacher Training and received her 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher credentials.

Yoga has been such a big complement to her work as a Crossfit athlete. It allows her to work hard at the gym and then find a quieter space to take care of her body and mind. Teaching this part of her passion seemed like a natural next step and she is excited to share it with others.
