CrossFit Group Classes
CrossFit group sessions are designed for members experienced with CrossFit or who have completed CrossFit Foundations (see below). Group sessions deliver personalized coaching, appropriate scaling and unmatched motivation and encouragement for each member. Click here for pricing information and to sign up.
CrossFit Teen classes are designed specifically for youth 12-18 and are offered four times a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 4:00 PM. These classes provide athletes with strength and conditioning advantages that will propel them in their sport of choice or establish and maintain healthy exercise habits for teens not currently pursuing organized athletics. Members new to CrossFit will complete three foundations classes before joining group classes. These sessions are offered three times per week in week-long sessions. Members will select their membership package following the completion of Foundations. Private and semi-private Foundations programs are also available; please contact a coach or email TMCF to schedule.
