Tiger Mountain CrossFit offers group and individual coaching utilizing the CrossFit methodology with an emphasis on safety, form and strength and conditioning. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity designed to maximize your strength and overall fitness.

What We Do

At Tiger Mountain CrossFit you will not find rows of stationary bikes and weight machines. Instead you will find pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells, gymnastic rings and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, lifting and throwing – moving your body the way it is meant to move. All your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life and/or sport – whether that is picking up your child, playing with your grandchildren, executing a play on the field or completing a race. Tiger Mountain CrossFit focuses on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities.

This also means that you will never get bored. With our constantly varied programming you will rarely do the same workout twice in any given year. You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, a workout is designed for you each day that is scalable to suit your fitness level.

Our programming aims to improve your capacity in ten recognized fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The result is comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality.

Tiger Mountain CrossFit was formed by a group of experienced CrossFit athletes and coaches that have taken the time to extract the best elements of traditional CrossFit training and elevate them with some of the world’s best strength and conditioning, mobility, Kettlebell Sport and Olympic Lifting methods.  Through our highly educated and experienced coaches, Tiger Mountain CrossFit takes pride in delivering a professionally designed program that incorporates the right progressions, conditioning, strength building and mobility for each athlete that steps onto our floor.
