1. Call or email us to sign up and complete TMCF’s CrossFit Foundations program which includes 3 private sessions.
The CrossFit Foundations program enables athletes to gain a baseline understanding and appreciation of the basic movements and tenets of our gym in order to safely optimize training and development. Foundations sessions are offered privately at times convenient to your schedule.
If you are experienced with CrossFit (6+ months at a CrossFit Affiliate) and would like to drop in for a FREE TRIAL, please contact us.
2. Join our Group Training sessions
Once you have successfully completed a FREE TRIAL session, you are ready to start attending the group training sessions. You choose the membership that is right for you and we’ll meet you on the floor to help you achieve your goals.
